Delivery and Returns

1. Digital delivery only

Everything we sell is digital: browser extensions and software licences. We do not sell physical goods, so nothing is shipped and no delivery address is needed.

Your licence or access is sent to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. The same information is shown inside the product after purchase. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].

2. No shipping, no shipping fees

Because there is no physical shipment, there are no shipping costs, no customs charges and no delivery times to wait for. Access is granted electronically.

3. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Under Turkish consumer protection law (Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 15/1(h)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately and used with your prior consent — for example an activated licence. We state this explicitly at checkout, and you confirm it before payment.

4. How to request a refund

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
• There is nothing to ship back. We check the order and the licence state, then confirm the decision by email.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Refunds are processed through iyzico to the card used at checkout; your bank may take a few additional business days to post the amount.

6. Faulty licence or wrong key

If a licence does not activate or you received the wrong key, contact us within 30 days. We issue a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
