X-Cleaner Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy covers the X-Cleaner browser extension and the extension pages on appi.tr. The data controller is appi.tr — [email protected].
1. What the extension accesses
- Your x.com session, only to read your own lists (posts, replies, reposts, bookmarks, likes) and to remove the items you select.
- The numeric id of the X account you are cleaning, used to match your Pro licence.
- Your extension settings and licence state, stored locally in your browser.
The extension does not read your password, does not read other users' private content, and does not send your posts or session data to us.
2. What we do not do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No analytics or tracking inside the extension.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal data.
- No use of data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
3. Payments and Pro licences
Pro purchases are handled by PayTR as payment provider. We never see or store your card number. We receive the transaction result, the amount and the numeric X account id the licence is attached to.
4. The website
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies and records page views, approximate location and browser information. You can block these cookies in your browser without losing access to the site. The extension itself does not use Google Analytics.
5. Data stored by us
- Pro licence record: numeric X account id, purchase date, transaction reference.
- Support messages you send us.
Licence records are kept while the licence is active and for the period required by tax law. Support messages are deleted after two years.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, art. 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes are announced on the extension listing.
