2. Subject

3. Product and price

The type, quantity and price of the product are stated in the order summary shown before payment and in the order confirmation email. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason, by notifying the Seller at [email protected]. The Seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method.

In line with art. 15/1(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately and used with the Buyer's prior consent, or to services fully performed with that consent. The Buyer confirms this consent at checkout.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

9. Evidence and records

Order records, invoices and payment confirmations kept by the Seller constitute evidence in disputes. The Buyer accepts that electronic records are valid evidence.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Buyer's mandatory consumer rights under Turkish law are not affected by any term of this agreement.
